Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data for the websites, applications, and services provided and published by Dotweb Solutions AB (org.nr 559560-0320, Sweden).
Some of our applications are operated on behalf of a business client who manages user accounts and is the controller of the data. For those products, we forward your request to the client, who carries out the deletion. For our own products, we handle your request directly.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@dotweb.io with the subject "Account and data deletion request", and include:
- your full name,
- the account identifier you use to sign in, such as the email address or phone number,
- the name of the product or service.
You can also contact the operator of a product directly using the support details shown inside it.
What is deleted
On a verified request, your account and the personal data linked to it are deleted, including your profile details, contact information, device and notification identifiers, and any location or usage data associated with your account.
What may be retained
Some data may be kept for a limited period where it is required to be retained by law, for example accounting or tax records. This data is held only for the period required and is then deleted.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge your request promptly and to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
